Roaster notes

This Brazilian coffee comes from Fazenda D'Barbosa in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, where the Barbosa family has cultivated coffee since the early 1900s. The cherries are mechanically harvested and undergo aerobic fermentation before being naturally dried on patios, yielding a full-bodied cup with notes of hazelnut, chocolate, and ripe red fruit.
