Sourced from the Yirgacheffe region, this coffee is cultivated by smallholder members of the Konga cooperative who prioritize meticulous attention to detail in processing. Ethiopian heirloom varietals are carefully selected and transplanted before undergoing a thorough washing process that includes hand sorting, wet fermentation, and drying on cloth beds. The cooperative also demonstrates its commitment to community by supporting local education initiatives.
