Roaster notes

This coffee comes from Dimtu Tero Farm, a 151-hectare semi-forest plantation in Ethiopia's Guji region that blends seamlessly with surrounding forests. The farm practices organic cultivation certified by NOP, EU, and JAS standards, growing disease-resistant varieties 74110 and 74112 developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center. Established in 2016 by entrepreneur Getachew Zekele, this farm represents a commitment to preserving nature while producing quality coffee.
