Roaster notes

Nestled in the Ethiopian mountains, Banko Gotiti resort produces washed coffees from the renowned Yirgacheffe appellation. After harvesting, cherries are sorted and washed before fermenting in tanks for 48 to 72 hours, then carefully dried on raised beds for seven to ten days with humidity monitored throughout. The station's unique terroir is shaped by surrounding peaks, utilizing fresh water from the nearby Qunashu River in its meticulous processing approach.
