This coffee opens with a fine sweetness reminiscent of yuzu, followed by soft layers of tropical fruits and a subtle hint of bubblegum in the aftertaste. Behind this cup stands the experimental Triple Anaerobic Natural Process developed by Mbah Bedjo and Mas Vincent to highlight clear fruitiness, mild acidity, and natural quiet sweetness. The result is balanced and round yet special—a coffee that feels soft and harmonious, elegant and multi-layered with gentle tropical yellow to red notes.
