Sourced from Colombia’s Nariño region, this washed Geisha variety is cultivated at high altitudes between 1980 and 2100 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes a meticulous process where ripe cherries are fermented for 48 hours before being dried on shaded parabolic beds for up to 22 days. This careful handling yields a smooth, silky cup with delicate floral aromas and vibrant notes of citrus, stonefruit, honey, and lemon tea.
