Grown at Finca El Progreso in Cusco, Peru, this coffee blends Geisha and SL09 varieties cultivated by producer Bilibran Tello. The cherries undergo a unique process featuring an initial in-cherry resting period followed by anaerobic fermentation to enhance sweetness and complexity. The resulting cup offers aromatic notes of camellia and sugarcane, with flavors of white grapes and sugarcane juice delivering a juicy, smooth mouthfeel.
