This special lot from Finca el paraiso in Cauca, Colombia was commissioned through Diego Bermudez as a high-end coffee designed for this roaster. The cup delivers what they call "the definition of yellow fruit" with prominent notes of Haribo peach, milky oolong tea, and mango. This Geisha variety grown at 1960 meters presents a distinctly fruity profile.
