This Red Bourbon from Rwanda was grown and naturally processed at Jarama estate, sitting 1650 to 1900 meters above sea level where humid equatorial mist from Lake Kivu and rich volcanic soils from the Virunga volcanoes create an ideal terroir. The cup reveals remarkable complexity with prominent flavors of granadilla, golden syrup, pomelo, and rose hips—so distinctive that Manhattan Coffee Roasters extended their usual three-note description to four for this World Class selection. This lot earned a #2 ranking in the Best of Rwanda competition and was sourced by Plotcoffee.
