This Single Origin coffee hails from the highlands of Quindío in Colombia, where Arabica beans are hand-picked at 1500 meters and carefully sorted by size. The "Supremo" designation is a Colombian quality grade reserved exclusively for the largest beans with screensize 17/18. Through the washed processing method, this coffee delivers bright clarity with rich chocolate notes, sweet dried apricot, and vibrant cranberry acidity.
