Honduras Loyola Bio

Roaster notes

This coffee is grown in the mountains of the Copan region in northwest Honduras, where red Bourbon cherries develop under a canopy of large trees. The farm employs polyculture and agroforestry methods, allowing shade and naturally falling leaves to provide organic matter that supports biodiversity and healthy cherry development. Each cherry is hand-picked at full maturity, resulting in a cup with notes of red fruits and cocoa.
