This decaffeinated blend from Chiapas, Mexico is produced by Descamex Small Farmers using the Mountain Water decaffeination method, which preserves many of the original coffee's aromas. Grown at 1000 meters elevation and hand-picked in April, this Arabica coffee offers a soft and sweet cup with notes of nuts, milk chocolate, and yellow apple. The beans are dried on patios after processing, resulting in an approachable everyday coffee that maintains the character of its Mexican origins.
