Roaster notes

This single-origin coffee hails from Ethiopia's Sidama region, home to an enormous number of small-scale producers, most cultivating no more than half a hectare. Thanks to their strong coffee tradition and strict regulations around coffee cultivation, they have delivered top quality for years. This lot comes through the Taramesa Cooperative, which supports more than 2,300 member farmers in bringing their carefully grown beans to market.
