Indien Chinennahally
Roaster notes
Chinennahally Estate sits at 1000 meters on the foothills of the Bababudangiri mountain range in Karnataka's Chikkamagaluru district, where it has been family-owned for over seventy years. Coffee plants grow beneath a two-story canopy of native shade trees, encouraging slow cherry development that yields complex flavor notes. Workers hand-pick only ripe cherries, which are depulped, washed, and sun-dried before being sold as a washed process coffee with cocoa, red grape, and roasted hazelnut character.
