Colombia Supremo
Roaster notes
This Colombia Supremo hails from the mountainous, forested Huila region in southwest Colombia, where shade-grown cherries ripen slowly under a protective canopy at 1700-1900 meters elevation. The washed processing highlights its full, round body with floral aromas and characteristic notes of pure chocolate and nuts, finishing with a light, fresh caramel-like aftertaste. Hand-picked during the March-June or November-December harvest windows, this single-origin coffee is slow-roasted to preserve its delicate flavor profile.
