This organic coffee from Peru is cultivated in the fertile lands of Cajamarca by the cooperative La Prosperidad de Chirinos, which has brought together 817 producers since 1968. A special highlight features the 223 women of the Cosecha de Mujeres initiative, who transform both their coffee and their daily lives through this ethical value chain.
