Roaster notes

This Ethiopian coffee from Chelchele is grown on the high plateaus of Yirgacheffe in the Gedeb region. Hand-picked by small producers and processed using the natural method with traditional drying on African beds, this coffee develops delicate floral notes alongside rich flavors of red fruits and citrus. The elevated altitude between 1,900 and 2,300 meters contributes to its bright, complex, and intensely aromatic cup.
