Grown on the high plateaus of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia's Gedeb region, this coffee is hand-picked by small producers and processed using the natural method. Cultivated at elevations between 1,900 and 2,300 meters with traditional drying on African beds, it delivers a brilliant, complex cup marked by delicate floral notes alongside rich red fruit and citrus flavors.
