Roaster notes

Grown in Rwanda’s Lake Kivu region at elevations up to 2,000 meters, this coffee is processed at the Liza washing station under the guidance of Jean Paul, who supports local farmers through training and youth employment initiatives. The washed processing method yields a bright, accessible cup characterized by refreshing grape notes balanced with sweet undertones of caramel, milk chocolate, vanilla, and chamomile.
