The Santa Catarina farm is the result of a family's passion for coffee, having begun growing on their family-owned plantation in the 1980s. After initially struggling to achieve quality good enough to sell, they started a new cultivation higher up on the plantation, where the passion for coffee spread throughout the family. Today they collaborate with CarmoCoffees for guidance and focus on careful crop care, soil analysis, and post-harvest processes. This Brazilian coffee from Pedralva offers a sweet and balanced cup with notes of pear, grape, and peach.
