This double-washed coffee from the Dalat region of Vietnam is produced by Marian Takač and his wife Jan Lim at Zanya Coffee. Grown in a valley at the foot of the Lang Biang Mountains, it undergoes a double water fermentation process common in East Africa that imparts a particularly clean and complex character to the cup. The coffee offers notes of red currant, golden raisin, milk chocolate, and peach alongside floral aromatics.
