From Finca El Porvenir in Palestina, Huila comes this Pink Bourbon grown by Sandra Milena Mora and Hector Coy at 1750-1850 meters elevation. After wet fermentation the coffee is carefully washed and dried on raised beds then finished under shade. The cup delivers juicy mango and refreshing lemonade notes that reflect the organic care taken throughout production.
