This Pink Bourbon coffee comes from Finca El Porvenir in Palestina, Huila, Colombia, where Sandra Milena Mora and Hector Coy practice organic farming at 1750-1850 meters altitude. After careful hand-picking and sorting, the cherries undergo 36-48 hours of wet fermentation before being washed and dried on raised beds followed by shade drying. The result is a vibrant cup with juicy mango and bright lemonade flavors that showcase the care taken at every step of production.
