Roaster notes

Located in the highlands of Timaná, Huila, Cata Reserva spans 30 hectares with half preserved as natural forest to protect biodiversity. This lot is special as we witnessed its journey from exporter to producer in Colombia—Cata Export acquired the farm following original producer Rodrigo Cortés's retirement, and Cat and Pierre now lead the project implementing environmentally responsible practices. It's a fruit-forward coffee with notes of black grape, rounded caramel sweetness layered with tangelo brightness, all coming together in a juicy cup.
