This anaerobic washed Striped Bourbon from Bruselas, Huila "blooms" with notes of red berries, balanced by the brightness of yuzu and the sweetness of honeycomb. Produced by Asosatus, an association of 80 coffee-growing families passionate about specialty coffees, this variety is a natural mutation of the famous Bourbon Rosado well-known throughout Huila. The meticulous two-stage fermentation process in sealed tanks highlights the bean's exceptional red fruit character with a sweet buttery aftertaste.
