DE KAT is a single-origin Mexican coffee from Chiapas, Oaxaca, and Veracruz, grown at high altitudes of 1,200–1,500 meters. This washed Arabica offers soft caramel sweetness with vanilla notes and a hint of orange, delivering an elegant, balanced cup without excessive bitterness or acidity. Slow-roasted to medium in Dieren, it's a specialty coffee (SCA 82.25) that shines equally well as espresso or filter.
