This organic decaf comes from the Negrisa Family, a Peruvian business with over fifteen years of experience sourcing from smallholder farmers across Chanchamayo, Villa Rica, Pichanaki and Satipo. Grown at altitudes between 1,200 and 2,400 meters, these washed coffees are decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process—a chemical-free method that preserves origin character while delivering notes of dark chocolate, toffee, and Brazil nut.
