Máximo Rodriguez inherited this farm in northwestern Nicaragua from his father, transforming it into a specialty coffee producer focused on improving processing methods. This natural-processed lot features the rare Java variety—discovered by Dutch botanist P.J.S. Cramer in 1928 and brought from Ethiopia to Java Island before eventually reaching Nicaragua through Cameroon. The cup offers distinctive notes of green tea, orange, and jasmine.
