From Jardines del Edén, Cofinet's flagship farm in Quindio, this Red Gesha comes from fourth-generation grower Felipe Arcila who specializes in exotic varieties and experimental processing. The fertile, mineral-rich soil and cooler microclimate nurture an extremely sweet coffee with classic stone fruit and jasmine florals, alongside tamarind and berries.
