This natural process coffee comes from Jairo Arcila at Santa Monica farm in Quindio, Colombia. The Chiroso variety was discovered in Antioquia and genetic testing reveals Ethiopian origins. Expect vibrant fruit with notes of blackcurrant, blood orange, fig, dark berries, sweet currants, citrus and dried fruit.
