Roaster notes

A vibrant Kenyan coffee offering bright citrus acidity balanced by dried fruit sweetness and floral aromatics. Sourced from smallholder farmers supplying Mugaya washing station, where coffee grows alongside maize, beans, potatoes, vegetables and tea on modest plots. The harvest is carefully sorted before being pulped, fermented for 24 hours, washed with water from the Rwamuthambi River, and dried on raised beds.
