Roaster notes

This coffee comes from the Local Inga Community at Aponte Mill in Narino's Tablón de Gomez region, where small farms averaging one hectare sit among steep mountains and volcanic ash-rich soil. Grown by indigenous people who maintain their traditional ways in this remote canyon town, the Caturra variety is processed using anaerobic honey methods to create a cup with notes of raspberry, red apple, and caramelised nuts.
