This natural process coffee comes from Banka Yi and Banka Er villages in Yunnan Province, China, where Yunnan Coffee Traders sources ripe Catimor cherries grown at 1,350 meters above sea level. The cup delivers bright fruit flavors with red grape, red apple, and strawberry wafer notes, reflecting the subtropical climate of this emerging Chinese origin.
