Roaster notes

Kalervo is a medium roast coffee from Fazenda Cruzeiro in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region. This natural process coffee delivers an exceptionally full and soft cup with sweet, nougat-like character and milk chocolate notes. When prepared as espresso, deep sweetness emerges with a hint of berry that pleasantly lingers in the aftertaste. As filter coffee, it offers a balanced, rich taste experience whether enjoyed black or with milk.
