This light-roasted Colombian coffee enchants with its full sweetness and soft nougat-like character. The cup opens green-apple-y and fresh-fruity, but the whole remains gentle and round. In the background there is milk chocolate softness that makes the mouthfeel silky and pleasantly rich. Grown on small family farms in Colombia's mountains where cherries are hand-picked and processed on-site, this coffee embodies the diversity and authenticity that makes Colombia a beloved coffee origin.
