This washed microlot from Huila was grown by Maricela Joven Penagos on her 2-hectare farm in Guadalupe at 1750 masl, where she cultivates Pink Bourbon and Papayo varieties. With support from Coocentral's smallholder project, Maricela invests in quality through improved fermentation and drying under marquesinas. The result is a sweet, sticky cup with creamy hazelnut and maple syrup notes finishing bright with cherry—a comforting coffee with a joyful twist.
