From Yemen's Haraz region, this coffee comes from Saleh Ghaleb Al-Harazi, a pioneer who developed the unique Hydra Reviva Process—a method combining controlled hydration, anaerobic fermentation, and precision drying inspired by forgotten Yemeni agricultural traditions. The result is an aromatic cup with floral notes of rose, hints of dried fruit and spices, alongside tea-like qualities.
