Peru Timbuyacu 122H
Roaster notes
This washed coffee from Finca Timbuyacu in Peru's Amazonas region carries the legacy of three generations, with Alfonso Tejada Iberico and Karim Rosario Araoz Grandez transforming their family farm into a model for regional producers. The beans undergo an extended 122-hour fermentation before being carefully dried over 15 to 20 days, developing a rich cup profile of raisins, praline, and milk chocolate that earned this lot 12th place at the 2017 Cup of Excellence.
