Brésil Monjolo
Roaster notes
This natural-process coffee hails from Fazenda Monjolo in Brazil's Campo das Vertentes region, where agricultural engineer Aristides Botrel leads his family's fourth-generation farm near Três Pontas. The Yellow Catuai variety, grown at 900-1200 meters altitude, yields a cup with hazelnut and cherry notes alongside milk chocolate sweetness. Since 2010, the farm has invested in post-harvest facilities to continuously improve quality for international markets.
