Roaster notes

A full-bodied and powerful coffee with a pronounced character. In espresso, notes of dark chocolate with high cocoa content emerge, combined with walnut, bay leaf, and a light hint of orange. The impression of waffle gives the whole a spicy, biscuit-like accent. As cappuccino, the coffee remains firmly present in combination with milk, with clear spicy and nutty tones and a full flavor experience. In americano, the profile shifts toward chocolate and nutty biscuit, with a round, sturdy base. The bitterness is high and defining for its character, while acidity and sweetness are sufficiently present to provide balance.
