This washed coffee comes from the Gichataini washing station in Nyeri County's Mathira region on Kenya's western slopes, where red volcanic soil and elevations of 1600-1900 meters shape its character. Hand-picked cherries are processed using clean river water drawn by gravity from the nearby Ragati River, then sun-dried on traditional African drying beds. The cup reveals caramel sweetness with bright fruit notes and a medium body, inviting each drinker to discover their own taste impressions in this AA Top grade offering.
