Roaster notes

This exceptional coffee comes from Finca Kilimanjaro in Santa Ana, El Salvador, where fifth-generation farmer Aida Batlle cultivates Kenya SL-28, SL 34, and Bourbon varieties at elevations of 1580-1720 meters. The cherries are hand-picked during the 2025 harvest season and wet-processed with a distinctive 72-hour fermentation period before drying under shade on African drying beds.
