This washed Catuai from Gloria Rivas's Montezumba farm in Mozonte, Nueva Segovia offers a soft, approachable cup characteristic of high-quality Nicaraguan coffee. Grown at 1400-1700 meters above sea level, this red and yellow Catuai variety delivers notes of dark chocolate, almond, and dried fruit. Gloria Rivas and her husband Huibert Aguilar established their farm in Mozonte in 2000, creating a lot that represents the majority of coffee produced by Gloria Rivas.
