Roaster notes

From the Shantawene-Kebena community in Ethiopia's Sidama region, this coffee is grown by smallholder garden farmers who cultivate beans around their homes and harvest cherries from trees growing naturally on their land. The Bensa district provides ideal conditions with two rainy seasons delivering abundant rainfall for high-quality Arabica cultivation nestled between Bombe village and the mountain range.
