Roaster notes

Pampojilá is a coffee plantation nestled in one of Guatemala's most beautiful highland regions, right beside Lake Atitlán—a stunning lake encircled by three volcanoes. This 100% Arabica coffee grows under the regulated shade of special Chalúm trees, legumes that naturally enrich the soil with nitrogen-converted amino acids. The cup offers notes of nectarine, Brazilian nut, and yellow pepper with medium strength.
