From Lampocoy—a tiny village in Guatemala's eastern highlands—this coffee grows on steep slopes above 1,200 meters with volcanic soils and a humid-cool microclimate. The small farm produces just two tons annually, hand-picked from November through March. Expect a full-bodied cup with fine acidity, featuring cocoa, pecan nut, caramel, chocolate, floral notes, and warm earth undertones.
