This single-origin decaf from Ethiopia's Jimma region comes from the Tokuma Farmer Collective and offers a smooth cup with notes of milk chocolate, creaminess, and delicate chamomile. Processed using the Sugar Cane Ethyl Acetate method—a naturally derived decaffeination technique that preserves the bean's inherent flavors—this lot is one of four washed Tokuma coffees selected this year for roasting partners.
