Roaster notes

This natural process coffee from El Salvador's Ahuachapán region comes as a microlot called Buena Vista, grown at the summit of Molino farm where spectacular views define the landscape. The Pacas variety—a compact natural mutation of Bourbon discovered in 1949—delivers an elegant cup with brown sugar sweetness, yellow fruit brightness, and almond notes alongside hints of red fruit.
