Movimiento BIO

Roaster notes

Movimiento BIO is a signature Central American blend that celebrates movement—both in its name and concept. This rotating selection draws from cooperatives across Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Guatemala, changing with the seasons to showcase different facets of Central American coffees while maintaining consistency on the palate. The result is a cup with lovely acidity, sweet notes, and floral aromatics.
