This Costa Rican coffee from the Tarrazú region carries the Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) designation. Due to relatively strong nighttime cooling, the plant and bean develop in ways that benefit the final flavor profile. The cup offers a recognizable, slightly nutty aftertaste with a mild character, authentic taste, and lovely aroma.
