Grown at approximately 2,000 meters in Uganda’s Mount Elgon region, this coffee is cultivated using mixed farming practices that incorporate natural fertilizers from livestock. The cherries are hand-picked only when fully ripe and undergo a meticulous washed process involving fermentation and drying on raised beds to ensure quality. This careful attention results in a cup characterized by rich notes of brown sugar, dark chocolate, and citrus fruits.
